Wir haben vergangene Woche beim Open Lab Day unsere eigenen Tischtenniskellen erstellt:
Angefangen haben wir mit einer 5mm MDF-Platte, aus welcher wir eine Kelle gelasert haben. Währenddessen haben wir die beiden Griffseiten in unserem 3D-Drucker gedruckt und dann an der Kelle befestigt.
Nun ging es an die Belege, welche wir extra für die Tischtenniskellen gekauft hatten. Wie man es kennt, haben wir eine Seite mit schwarzen und eine Seite mit roten Belägen beklebt und mit einem Cutter auf die Kellenform gekürzt.
Zum Schluss noch den Griff mit einem extra dafür vorgesehenen Band versehen, sodass sich die Kelle auch gut in den Händen halten lässt. Im Handumdrehen ist die selbsterstellte Tischtenniskelle auch schon fertig.
Last week at the Open Lab Day we created our own table tennis trowel:
We started with a 5mm MDF board from which we lasered a trowel pattern. Meanwhile we printed the two sides of the handle in our 3D printer and attached it to the trowel.
Now we went to the coverings which we had bought especially for the table tennis trowels. As it is known, we glued one side with a black and one side with a red cover and shortened it to the trowel shape with a cutter.
Finally, we added a special tape to the handle so that the trowel can be held well in the hands. And that’s it: The self-made table tennis trowel is already finished.
