Der österreichische Hersteller EVO-tech hat mit dem EL-102 seinen neuesten 3D-Drucker vorgestellt. Der 3D-Drucker verfügt über eine integrierte Materialtrocknung und soll auch bei Serienfertigung eine durchweg identische Produktionsumgebung gewährleisten.
Der 3D-Drucker verfügt über einen auf 100 Grad Celsius beheizbaren Innenraum, weshalb Herstellerangaben zufolge stets eine Fertigung unter gleichen Bedingungen gewährleistet sei. Ein Vakuumspanntisch und eine flink austauschbare Filamenteinheit sorgen außerdem für eine sortenreine Produktion. Beim Wechsel der Düse erfolgt ein vollständiger Wechsel des Schmelzebereichs.
Gedruckt werden können Objekte mit einer maximalen Größe von 500 x 400 x 510 mm und die Düsentemperatur ist bis zu 400 Grad Celsius einstellbar. Bei den Filamenten hat der Anwender die freie Markenwahl und ist nicht an EVO-tech gebunden. Das Porfolio bei EVO-tech besteht aus elf Filamenten, die auf die Evolizer Industrie 3D-Drucker abgestimmt worden sind. Es umfasst Werkstoffe, die flammenhemmend, , UV- und temperaturbeständig bis mehr als 200 °C, elektrostatisch dissipativ, lebensmitteltauglich, abriebfest und gegenüber Chemikalien resistent sind.
